R&D Laboratory Design
Complete R&D Lab Design with Compressed Air and Vacuum System Installation
The customer needed support not just with compressed air and vacuum systems, but with the complete design of a new R&D laboratory.
That meant planning the lab layout, defining how the space would function, and ensuring the compressed air and vacuum systems were fully integrated into the design from the start.
The system also needed to reliably support sterile processing equipment and lab bench testing without creating constraints on how the lab would operate.
GlobalVac & Air partnered early in the project to support the full R&D lab design, with a focus on integrating clean compressed air and vacuum systems into the overall space planning.
This approach allowed the team to properly define utility distribution, equipment placement, and lab bench connections before installation, ensuring the system was designed around how the lab would actually operate.
Installation and startup were completed by Harris Equipment, providing final commissioning support and ensuring the system was brought online as designed.

Custom Skid-Mounted Compressed Air System for a Manufacturing Facility
A manufacturing facility needed a reliable compressed air system to power their operations—one that could deliver both Clean Dry Air (CDA) and nitrogen to meet the demands of their production processes. The system had to be efficient, oil-free, and capable of providing clean, dry air without compromising uptime or performance.
We designed and delivered a custom skid-mounted compressed air system that integrated both CDA and nitrogen into one streamlined setup. This system was engineered to meet the specific needs of their production environment, featuring an oil-free Quincy compressor, a desiccant dryer, and a PEAK i-flow Prime Nitrogen Generator. The entire system is mounted on a compact skid, ensuring easy installation and future scalability.

Duplex Vacuum Pump System for Research Center
When a research center contacted us to install a new vacuum system, the real challenge surfaced: the tight basement space. Large pipes blocked the entry, and there was little room for maneuvering the equipment into place. We knew we had to think outside the box to overcome these obstacles.
Our team designed a customized Duplex Vacuum Pump System that could be shipped in pieces and assembled on-site. This approach allowed us to fit the system perfectly into the limited space, while still delivering the high-performance vacuum needed for the research center’s growing demands.
